Wood Stove/Chimney Inspections

WETT Certified Inspections - reports accepable by insurance agencies - are offered. Inspection Rates: Stove (or fireplace) inspection fees are $125.00 and chimney inspection fees are $90.00. If the two are combined together the chimney inspection fee is reduced to $45.00 for a total cost of $170.00 (plus GST). If a second visit is needed the combined rate will be $245.00. If a complete home inspection is being done these costs will be modified.
