to include a clause making your offer subject to a home inspection. This protects you against
purchasing a property with flaws or deficiencies you may not have noticed.

- Structure: Roof, attic, foundation, crawl space/basement
- Interior: Surfaces/walls, ceilings, floors, doors, stairs, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, fireplace, non-intrusive moisture testing
- Utilities: Plumbing, heating, electrical, ventilation
- Summary: Systems overview

Home Inspection Fees
$350 + gst for houses up to 3000 sq.ft.
$300 + gst for condos up to 3000 sq.ft.
When you use NIIS for a Home Inspection, as a thank you for your business, we'll give you a complementary Home Improvement Consultation.
Properties over 3000 sq.ft. are charged an additional $25 for each additional 250 sq.ft.
Travel costs may be added for areas more than 100 km. from Comox Valley (or if ferry travel is needed).
