Home Inspection Fees

$350 + HST for houses up to 3000 sq.ft.
$325 + HST for condos up to 3000 sq.ft.

When you use NIIS for a Home Inspection, as a thank you for your business, we'll give you a complementary Home Improvement Consultation.

Properties over 3000 sq.ft. are charged an additional $25 for each additional 250 sq.ft.

Travel costs may be added for areas more than 100 km. from Courtenay, BC (or if ferry travel is needed).
