Home Improvement Consultations

Do you think that there may be a problem with your house, but you’re not sure either what it is or how to fix it? North Island Inspections offers an alternative. Our only job is to be your advocate and give you the best advice. That’s how we get repeat business. We’re not selling anything and we’re not going to bid on the job to make the improvements (unless they’re very minor). Whether you’re a landlord or homeowner, think of us as your agent. There’s no part of the house we can’t help you with. Our hourly rate gives you a certified home inspector, qualified building inspector, journeyman carpenter, shop teacher and certified wood chimney inspector all in one. We’re fully accredited and carry liability insurance.
